Use real-time physiological data to train your nervous system — not just talk about it.

What biofeedback is

Biofeedback is a technique that measures physiological signals — heart rate, breathing, muscle tension, skin conductance — and displays them in real time, so you can learn to consciously influence them. It turns the invisible workings of your nervous system into data you can actually work with.

At Vault, biofeedback is used as part of an integrated approach to performance and regulation, not as a standalone service.

What biofeedback is used for

  • Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation
  • Stress management and recovery
  • Performance optimization (sport, executive, surgical, first responder)
  • Focus and attention regulation
  • Sleep difficulties related to physiological activation
  • Chronic tension and pain

What to expect

Sessions involve sensors that measure your physiological responses while you practice specific regulation techniques. You'll receive immediate feedback on what's working — making the training precise and individualized. Over time, the skills transfer: you develop the ability to regulate your nervous system on demand, without the equipment.
