Support that goes beyond skills training
Talent and hard work are only part of the equation. What sets great teams apart is how they show up mentally—together.
Vault team sessions are designed to strengthen the mental side of performance. Whether it’s navigating setbacks, improving communication, or sharpening focus under pressure, we help your athletes or performers build the mindset needed to excel as individuals and as a collective. Sessions are engaging, relevant, and tailored to fit the age, level, and goals of your group.
We don’t just understand high-pressure environments—we’ve lived them. Our team includes psychologists and consultants with real-world experience in sport, performance, and education. We know what your team needs because we’ve been on them.

Using insurance or benefit plans:

Insurance reimbursement is typically only available when sessions are facilitated by a Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist, as most benefit plans require services to be provided by a regulated psychologist.
Coverage varies by provider and plan. Parents or guardians are responsible for confirming that their benefit plan covers group therapy sessions.
Direct billing is not offered. Athletes or parents pay by credit card and receive a receipt for submission to their provider.
