What to expect during a session
Your first session is about getting to know you — your goals, your challenges, and what brought you in. From there, we’ll start building mental strategies to support your performance and well-being. Sessions are 50 minutes and can include anything from mindset coaching and confidence work to visualization, debriefing recent experiences, or preparing for what's ahead. You’ll leave with practical tools you can apply right away.
We offer both in-person sessions at our clinic and secure virtual options for clients across Alberta. Whether you're down the street or hours away, support is within reach.
Many of our psychologists are able to direct bill major insurance providers. If not, sessions are typically covered under extended health benefits and can be reimbursed by your insurer.
