Get to know Tom
Art and sports have always been big parts of my life growing up. My interest in art has started at a young age, where I would spend large amount of time tracing different artworks. I slowly explored other mediums and expanded to developing a unique art style that expressed my creativity.
Having competed in different sports, I have experienced the many up and down moments that accompany with growth. I am eternally grateful to have experienced many skilled mentors, as they have provided guidance in my times of need. These experiences have inspired me to lead and teach others so that they too can experience the support they need in their own journeys.
My approach to psychology is a holistic one that involves exploring both mental and physical components to encourage development. I enjoy working collaboratively to find applicable and unique ways to overcome challenges. My goal as a psychologist is to provide an environment where individuals can grow whichever way they choose through kindness, patience, and understanding.
