Performance has always been a central part of my life, whether during the 10 years I competed as a synchronized swimmer or performing as a musician since early in my childhood. For over 12 years, I worked as a teacher and music specialist, helping students grow in skill, confidence, and creativity. I witnessed firsthand the challenges that can come with the pursuit of excellence, including perfectionism, self-doubt, and comparison. I’ve seen how mental health shapes resilience, relationships, self-perception, motivation, and overall fulfillment.
Wanting to support others in a more in-depth way, I am excited to be part of the team at Vault Psychology as a Master’s in Counselling student. I support clients navigating the pressure of high standards, stress, and life or career transitions, as well as challenges related to body image and identity. I am committed to supporting those who may be neurodivergent or have experienced trauma, and I recognize how context, culture, and past experiences shape functioning, resilience, and self-perception. I approach this work from a humanistic, holistic, strengths-based perspective and collaborate with clients to create a space where they can listen inwardly, clarify what matters most, and move toward their goals in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
