My approach is rooted in lived experience, shaped by the demands, pressures, and resilience developed through competitive hockey. I believe real change happens when we work not only with the mind, but also with the emotional and physical patterns carried in the body. In our sessions, I aim to create an environment that is both challenging and supportive—one where confusion gives way to clarity, and confidence grows through intentional practice.
I see growth as deeply connected to the quality of our relationships and our willingness to face the patterns that no longer serve us. These are often the keys to lasting change.
I work with concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, trauma, relationship difficulties, and sport and performance challenges. My practice is primarily informed by the Adaptive Information Processing model through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness-based modalities.
